1. Variable-Frequency Constant Pressure Water Supply Control System

The system consists of a PLC, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and pressure sensors, fully utilizing the PLC's built-in PID computing module to automatically adjust the output frequency and the number of active VFDs, achieving intelligent control for variable-frequency constant pressure water supply.
Working Principle:
The target system pressure is set as the SV (Set Value) for the PID auto-tuning control model based on equipment requirements. The pressure sensor collects real-time pipeline pressure as the PV (Process Value). The comparison between the two generates an error value. The PLC control program calculates the MV (Manipulated Value) via PID instructions, which is then converted into an analog signal as the frequency reference for the VFD. This controls the VFD to drive the water pump motor at varying speeds, thereby regulating the pressure in the water supply pipeline.
